* Recently we have found there is an imitation of iZEN bidet which is made in China. We hope all consumers must realize that the quality of these imitations are in doubt. Izen Int'l will not provide maintenance service nor covered by our Product Liability insurance. Our Izen Korea has already made the legal action against the factory in China, it will terminate their production and will resolve the abuse ASAP.
