Silver VIP Member (Free, started 1st June 2011) 1st year - 100% Labor and Spares warranty 2nd&3rd years - 50% spare parts warranty
Gold VIP Member 1st year - 100% Labor and Spares warranty 2nd&3rd years - 75% spares parts warranty -( User Upgrade 1400 pts or $400 )
Platinium VIP Member 1st year - 100% Labor and Spares warranty 2nd&3rd years - 100% spares parts warranty -( User Upgrade - 2500 pts or $700 )
Started from the 2nd year, Technician inspection fees needed to be paid each time depended on location. Started at $350 - $450. (850pts)Please contact us at 3543-0488.
How to Earn Pts: $10 = 1pt, earn pts by purchase or referral. Both buyer and one referee can earn pts at the same time.

Customer Maintenance
. We need your help to maintain it with good condition.
1. Please clean your bidet with water. Recommend twice a week or more.
1. During the cleaning, please turn off the power, push the side drain button to slide out the bidet a half way, it is better to clean the hidden area at the back and under the bidet regularly. Be careful to all cable connections.
2. Please don't excret during the nozzle coming out for cleansing. It must be maintained in good condition withour making any dirt on the nozzle.
Without seating on bidet, press the "Posterier button" for three more seconds, the nozzle will be coming out without splashing. It is on maintenance mode for you to make an extra cleaning for the nozzle. You can use a toothbrush to clean. (For IB-7500R, please press the "Posterior" at at the middle of side buttons)
Warranty
Our products is fully 100% made in Korea and supreme Korea's export quality. We are confidence that each bidet has been tested thoroughly before shipped to customer.
However, the best maintenance cannot be achieved without your support. Please clean your bidet regularly. (suggested once a week)
1. The bidet can be slided out a bit for cleaning the bottom back. Please turn off the electricity and press the installed button before sliding out. Be careful the water pipe and electricity cord.
2. Please clean the nozzle with toothbrush, the nozzle will come out by pressing the posterier wash button at your bidet for more than 3 seconds. (Don't press the button in remote unit) All of our bidets are come with three year limited warranty terms. Surely, the total customer satisfaction is our first priority.
1st-year - Full maintenance included labor and spare parts charge.
For rural locations, we need to charge $100 for transportation. Please accept our apology for not able to compensate this extra cost.
2nd year - Include spare parts (not include the outer parts)
